January 5th: Enrollment Deadline for upcoming semester membership of co-op (membership application, pledge form, and the required deposit must be received at Hays Hills Baptist Church; course info for at least two different classes must be filled out online); ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENROLLMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND THIS DEADLINE!
NEW POLICY: *REGISTRATION NUMBERS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS DATE ONLY TO FAMILIES WHO HAVE COMPLETED ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS. No late enrollments accepted.
January 10: Potential classes to be offered will be e-mailed to registered co-op members for voting purposes. All potential classes will be listed. Please note that several of the more popular classes may be offered by the same person, so that not all potential classes can be chosen.
January 10th-12th: Voting (via e-mail) on classes to be offered. To be counted, all e-mails must be received by January 12th at noon. The Board will use this information in determining class offerings.
January 21st-27th: Class schedule and course descriptions for upcoming semester will be posted on the website for families to view and discuss.
Week of January 21st: Look for an email to be sent with a valid registration number for this upcoming semester. YOU CANNOT select courses without it!
January 26th: Registration for student course selections begins at noon. You must have a valid registration number issued by the HEP Board. PLEASE NOTE: SOME CLASSES FILL WITHIN MINUTES; FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE ONLY.
January 29th: Registration for student course selections ends at noon. No selections will be allowed after this time.
February 8th: Parent Orientation at 7 PM at Hays Hills Baptist Church - mandatory for all teachers and assistants; class rosters will be passed out; no child care available.
February 16th: Co-op begins (first day of classes for upcoming semester).
March 16th: No Co-op classes due to Spring Break.
April 6th: No Co-op classes due to Good Friday.
May 4th: Last day of semester; Family Night at 7 pm at Hays Hills Baptist Church.
