Membership & Registration

Enrollment for Fall 2006 now closed.   Step 3 to view current Class Schedule.

Step 1:  Make a Decision

Read the Policies & Procedures as well as the HHBC Beliefs Statement.  Decide if this co-op is right for you and your family.

Step 2:  Membership Enrollment

Print and fill out the first two forms (membership application form and pledge form bulleted below) and mail them to the church along with a $25 deposit made out to HHBC-HEP. Enrollment will not be complete until a membership application form, a signed pledge form and deposit check are received at HHBC, in conjunction with a minimum of TWO course information forms being completed online.

 

IMPORTANT NEW REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

We will issue registration numbers to each family after we receive completed enrollment packets, a deposit, and online course descriptions (a minimum of two).  Without a valid registration number, your children will NOT be allowed to make their course selections during the Selection Period.  Registration numbers will be issued via email after the enrollment deadline (see Calendar).

  • course information form This link allows you to fill out course information and submit it online. Please fill this out at least twice*.  (*Parents ARE REQUIRED to submit a course offering for the age level of EACH STUDENT IN THEIR FAMILY [grades K-12], thus ensuring that each age level has enough class choices for the upcoming semester.  The Board will then choose one of these classes for you to teach during the upcoming semester.)  Your course info is automatically sent to the HEP Board; do not print and mail these pages.

These forms must be completed and received by the enrollment deadline (see Calendar).  Please note:  There will be NO LATE ENROLLMENT DEADLINE.  All of the membership enrollment paperwork MUST be received by the enrollment deadline or membership for the upcoming semester will be declined.  The mailing address in which to send the enrollment form, pledge form and deposit is:

Step 3:  Class Schedule & Course Descriptions

NOTE:  Fall 2006 schedule now available.

AFTER THE ENROLLMENT DEADLINE, the class schedule and course descriptions will be posted online.  You may begin viewing the schedule at that time; however, registration of students' course selections will not begin until noon on registration day (see Calendar).  Any questions about class offerings should be directed to your assigned board member.

Step 4:  Registration for Courses

NOTE:  Registration NOT available until appointed time (see Calendar).

Students may register their course selections online beginning at noon on registration date (see Calendar).  Early Selections will NOT be accepted and you MUST have a REGISTRATION NUMBER or you will not be able select classes during the registration period.  Contact your Board Member with any problems on registration day.

Step 5:  Attend Parent Orientation

There is a mandatory Parent Orientation meeting for all parents attending co-op (see Calendar).  An email notice will be sent out with information regarding this event.  NOTE: No childcare will be available, so please do not bring children.
